SB 138/HB 301

Florida Senate Bill 138 (SB 138) and House Bill 301 (HB 301) for the 2026 legislative session are companion bills aimed at expanding mental health care access by allowing qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (PMHNPs) to practice autonomously, without requiring a supervisory protocol with a physician.
