Member at Large Vacancy

As many of you know Susie Hemberger is now the new NPCCC President. As a result, the VP of Legislation position became available mid-term. Colette Joseph graciously offered to fill that vacancy. Please join me in congratulating Collette as the new VP of Legislation.
