VP LEGISLATION VACANCY

Good Morning NPCCC Members,

In light of Lauren Baptista-Adamczyk graciously stepping up to fill Bonnie Sealey's position, her positon of VP of Legislation is now vacant. She informs me that it is not a daunting position as you might imagine. The position has tought her a lot about the process of ideas turning into laws. The job mostly would require you sit at some formal meetings, observe at first, and report any legistative news to our group. It is not time demanding. Doreen who is a pro at this would certainly assist in guiding you through the process.

Per our Bylaws the position states: The person would inform the group of legislative and legal issues, perform the duties of the President in the event of absence, and coordinate legislative activiites for the council.

Also, as a member of the board you would be required to attend our quarterly meetings. Please keep in mind that this counts as a professional sevice when re-certifying.
