REMEMBERING OUR LOST NURSE PRACTITIONER SISTERS

The Nurse Practitioner Council of Collier County (NPCCC) would like to recognize the tragic murder of our sister Nurse Practitioners Sister Margaret Held, NP and Sister Paula Merrill, NP. We send out deepest condolences to all family, friends, and patients of Sister Margaret and Sister Paula. We sense the deep loss and grief as Nurse Practitioners. We will honor both of our sister NPs as their names will be listed as honorary members of the NPCCC and recorded in the history books of our Nurse Practitioner organization. Rest in peace. We will continue on from here.

What a tragedy to lose our sister NPs to such an unfortunate event. Those two spent decades in helping the poor and underserve populations. May they RIP and condolences to their families and friends.
