Please join NPCCC for a Diabetes and Wellness Conference!
The Diabetes & Wellness Conference held on Sunday Nov. 4th will be a full day of diabetes education, wellness, prevention, research, nutrition, screenings, cooking demos and so much more. There will be break out sessions on type 1, type 2 and pre-diabetes. Some of the topics will include “Complications of the Lower Limbs and How to Avoid Them", "Diabetes Foot Care", "Sleep and Living with Diabetes", "Current Trends in Research", “Cardiovascular and Eye Health”, and much more.
The event is located in the Weiss Science Building on the FSW Collier campus in Naples from 10am to 4pm on 11/4/18. The address is 7505 Grand Lely Drive Naples, FL 34113. Attendees will receive 4 CME credits for the day and will receive a discount on the conference price (regular price is $25).
NPCCC will be having a vendor table at the conference to promote our organization. If anyone would like to volunteer to sit at our table for either a few hours or the whole day, we would love to have you!
